Detachable Platform, Sloped Display, Brew Timer
The detachable extended platform is the Stealth's most distinctive feature — it adds 85mm of height and extends the working surface to 180mm wide, giving you the flexibility to weigh two espresso cups simultaneously or accommodate portafilter handles that would otherwise overhang a smaller platform. When you don't need the extension, it detaches and the scale returns to its compact profile on the drip tray. The sloped backlit LCD display is angled for readability from standing position — important when you're watching a shot pull and don't want to crouch to check the weight.
