The PESADO coffee machine portafilter has been designed to optimize efficiency and durability. The body and spout have been made entirely in stainless steel to increase strength and performance with heavy usage. The open spout has a precise splitting curve and the inner surface has been machined to enhance the coffee thickness during the pour. For ease of cleaning, the spout can be easily removed. Basket not included. Fits La Marzocco, E61, ECM, Lelit, Profitec, Rancilio, Rocket, Sanremo, Synesso, Slayer, VBM etc.
The premium modular handles have been developed for those with luxury in mind. Complement the metallic features in your coffee machine and home set up while utilizing the perfect balance of the stainless steel handle and head together.
The wooden handles are ergonomically shaped in Australia from premium oak on a hand lathe and finished in natural wax. Over time splits or small cracks may appear in your wooden handles, this is the normal ageing process that occurs in all wood. The cracks will not affect the integrity of the handles, as the inner thread is 12mm wide by 80mm long. Be careful around water, please do not soak or leave any of our wooden handles wet as it can cause splitting.

Where the Pesado Story Began The Pesado Stainless Steel Portafilter is the original — the spouted portafilter that launched the brand and set a new standard for what a home and prosumer portafilter could be. Before Pesado, upgrading from a stock chrome-plated brass portafilter meant compromising on either material quality, heat retention, or aesthetics. The Pesado stainless body changed that. Constructed entirely from stainless steel — body, spout, and all — it offers the heat stability, chemical resistance, and long-term durability that chrome-plated brass simply can't match, paired with a modular handle system that turns it into a statement piece on any machine it locks onto.
A Spout Designed to Pour Better The double spout on the Pesado portafilter isn't an afterthought. The open spout features a precisely machined splitting curve and a carefully contoured inner surface that actively shapes the espresso flow as it exits the basket — producing a thicker, more viscous pour with better crema structure compared to standard spout designs. For ease of cleaning and adjustment, the spout is removable without tools, and the stainless construction means it can handle the full range of espresso cleaning chemicals without degradation. Fins are 6.2mm, with a 3/8" spout connection and M12 handle connection.
Modular Handles, Full Compatibility, Basket Not Included Compatible with La Marzocco, all E61 group head machines, ECM, Lelit, Profitec, Rancilio, Rocket Espresso, Sanremo, Synesso, Slayer, VBM, and more. The portafilter ships with your choice of modular handle — select from black or white POM body with a metallic end piece (black, bronze, gold, or silver), a full oak wooden handle, or the signature Raya sustainable birch handle. Handles can be swapped later using any Pesado modular end piece or handle body.
