The all new Pesado gravity distributor comes with a blade design like no other. The gravity distributor has solved the biggest issue that regular distributors have, that is they are set to a specific depth and cannot be adjusted. This leaves room for error when changing basket and dosing sizes. Using gravity this distributor's blade will find the perfect resistance on the puck bed, smoothing out the coffee ground utilizing every gap. Resulting in a perfect distribution every time.

6 blades technology: Built with 6 blades the gravity distributor evens out the puck bed from the centre outwards with a consistent rate. With pointed plades the puck will be sqaured perfectly at the basket edge.

Adjustable speed: Built with an adjustable screw to speed up or slow down the gravity distribution blade, or lock off completely when you find perfect depth; giving you complete control over your distribution.

Distribution That Adapts to Your Dose — Not the Other Way Around The fundamental limitation of a fixed-depth distributor is that it's calibrated to one specific puck depth. Change your dose, change your basket, or switch to a different coffee density and you're immediately introducing an error the tool can't self-correct for. The Pesado Gravity Distributor eliminates this problem by design. Rather than pressing down to a fixed point, the 6-blade head uses the distributor's own weight to find the natural resistance point of the puck bed — automatically adapting to the grounds in front of it and smoothing everything from the centre outward to the basket edge, whatever the dose or basket depth happens to be that day.

6-Blade Gravity Technology, Adjustable to Your Preference Six pointed distribution blades work outward from the centre of the puck bed at a consistent rate, squaring the grounds cleanly to the basket edge and eliminating the voids and uneven density that cause channelling during extraction. An adjustable screw on the handle lets you dial in the drop speed of the blade — slower for lighter, more even levelling, faster for a more assertive distribution — or lock it off completely once you've found the setting that works for your grind and dose. The 467.4g weight does the work; your job is simply to rotate and let gravity do the rest.
