These are no longer fabricated with the holes for the high-limit thermostats.
La Marzocco have yet to come up with a recourse, and have advised to use a wire strand to hold the thermostat in place by wrapping the wire around the group. The thermostats on top of the groups are admittedly a redundant safety feature.
