Directions:

1. Soak jugs or crockery in sink or bucket using 1 Inverso sachet per 10 litres of warm to hot water if soiling is heavy, or 1 Inverso sachet per 20 litres if lightly soiled.
2. Soak for 30 minutes, then rinse with fresh, clean water.
3. You can also soak stained crockery in Inverso to bring them back to life!

The Soak That Does the Scrubbing for You
Dried milk residue on stainless steel milk jugs, pitchers, and steam wands is one of those cleaning problems that gets progressively harder the longer it's left. Wiping doesn't reach the interior; dishwashers don't reliably dissolve baked-on milk protein; scrubbing risks scratching stainless steel surfaces. Cafetto Inverso is formulated specifically for this: a soaking cleaner with a unique formula that targets and dissolves dried milk residues from stainless steel surfaces, allowing them to be wiped away cleanly after a 30-minute soak without abrasive effort. It also works on heavily browned and stained crockery, bringing discoloured cups and ceramics back without soaking or scrubbing.

How to Use It — Two Dose Rates, One Process
Fill a sink or bucket with warm to hot water, add one Inverso sachet, and submerge the milk jug, pitcher, steam wand attachment, or crockery to be cleaned. For heavy soiling, use one sachet per 10 litres of water; for lighter residue, one sachet per 20 litres is sufficient. Soak for 30 minutes, then remove and rinse thoroughly with fresh clean water — the residue lifts cleanly without scrubbing. The sachet format means each dose is pre-measured and mess-free: no powder to scoop, no guessing at concentration. Three sachets per pack provides three full cleaning sessions at the heavy-soil rate, or more if cleaning is lighter or the bucket volume is larger.

Where Inverso Fits — And Where It Doesn't
Inverso is a soaking cleaner for the external and internal surfaces of milk jugs, steam wand components, and crockery — it is not a milk system line cleaner, a backflush cleaner, or a machine-internal product.
