Cafetto Grinder Clean effectively removes coffee oils, deposits and flavored coffee odors from grinder burrs and casings to improve grinder performance and extend life of grinder burrs. It will also reduce blockages between burrs and internal chambers.

Directions:
• Empty all coffee from grinder.
• Place one capful of Grinder Clean into the grinder.
• Operate the grinder.
• Empty the grinder dosing chamber of Grinder Cleaner residue and brush out any dust.
• To season the grinder burrs, repeat the above process once with coffee beans.
• The grinder is now ready for use.
PLEASE NOTE:
A small amount of dust may develop during grinding and is harmless. Wipe the dust particles from the hopper, spout and doser.

Grinder burrs accumulate coffee oils and fine grounds with every use — and unlike the hopper or dosing chamber, the burr set itself can't be rinsed. Over time, rancid oil buildup on the burrs dulls the flavour clarity of every coffee ground through them, contributes to blockages between the burrs and internal chambers, and accelerates burr wear. The formula is 100% natural — a proprietary grain-based blend with no binders, no synthetic chemicals, and no additives used in processing. It's also gluten free, which matters for café environments managing allergen protocols or for home baristas who are coeliac or gluten-intolerant. The cleaning medium is food-safe by design: any residue left in the burr chamber after cleaning is harmless, and the re-seasoning step with regular coffee beans clears any remaining Grinder Clean dust before the grinder returns to service. How to Use It and When
Empty all coffee from the grinder, then add one capful of Grinder Clean directly into the hopper. Operate the grinder as normal until the cleaning medium has fully passed through. Empty the dosing chamber of residue and brush out any remaining dust. To re-season the burrs, run one capful of your regular coffee beans through the same way and discard — the grinder is then ready for use. Note: a small amount of dust during grinding is normal and harmless. Cafetto recommends cleaning frequency based on usage volume; for home grinders used daily, a monthly clean is a practical baseline.
