Features:

• PID Temperature Control:  The PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller allows the user to precisely adjust the brew or steam temperature and improve temperature stability.  It also doubles as a shot timer while brewing.
• Energy Efficient Thermoblock:  The stainless steel and aluminum thermoblock combined with the PID controller results in exceptional temperature stability and fast warm up time.  On demand heat combined with insulation also makes the Steel Uno PID a very energy efficient.
• Externally adjustable OPV: Brew at the pressure you want thanks to an externally adjustable over pressure valve (OPV).
• Volumetric controls: Program 2 doses to a precise volume of water to improve repeatability.
• 100% stainless steel water path: The entire water path is made of AISI 316 stainless steel to ensure no metal migration and reduce limescale build-up.
• Wood Accents: Walnut wood knobs as well as a wood handle on the58mm commercial grade portafilter complete the look of the Steel Uno PID.
• Professional tamper:   Comes standard with a 57mm steel tamper. A 58mm tamper does not fit in the OEM basket due to the shape, but the basket can be upgraded to a precision basket to accommodate 58./58.5mm tampers.
