Shipping

Providing you with the best service is our highest priority! We happily offer FREE shipping within Canada and USA for all orders over $75 and a flat $10 CAD rate for all smaller orders, along with many express options if you're too excited to wait.

We always aim to get your order to you as fast as possible so we use a variety of carriers depending on where you located. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-3 business days and once it is shipped you will get an email with tracking information. Delays happen sometimes, if they do, we will try to keep you as informed as possible! Feel free to reach out if you’re worried about the status of your order or have any questions.

COFFEE EMERGENCY?! We know that having a coffee equipment break down is like the biggest emergency there is, we are always here to help. We will always do our very best to move mountains if you are in a coffee making pickle. Never hesitate to contact us if you need something extra quick! Wholesale

Our shipping practices are the same with your wholesale orders, orders will be shipped as quickly as possible and we will always prioritize emergency orders.

You pay the EXACT shipping we pay! You’ll be quoted a variety of options from the cheapest to quickest shipping for your order.

Local Pick up option! (YYC only)

We have a showroom so we do have a local pick-up option available in Calgary. At check out, select ‘local pick-up’ and you’ll get a notification when your item is ready along with pick up instructions and hours.

Packaging

We reuse packaging as much as possible.  It's kinda like Christmas when you are never sure what’s in that ugly kettle box from grandma. (except we are never going to send you an ugly sweater!)  We use a mix of recycled boxes from our vendors and cafes and try to limit our use of new packaging.

USA shipping

We now ship to our American friends and with the same free standard shipping over $75 CAD and flat $10 CAD shipping for orders under $75 CAD.  We do not ship espresso machines and electric grinders at this time, but almost everything else is good to go.  We'll send you a note if there is an issue with shipping your order.  Just a reminder that orders under $800 USD are duty free, but over $800 USD might have applicable duties.  Any questions, send us a note at info@coffeeaddicts.ca

International shipping

Unfortunately we currently do not spread our love internationally.  Please review the manufacturer’s website to find local retailers.  We are happy to help point you in the right direction if you’re having trouble!
